Notes (2007)[edit]
Some years ago, Glenn Goffin and I corresponded about a history of Regina that he had written. He very kindly permitted me to base my own work on his. Since then I've added considerable detail (and changed some things). The file currently stands at some 10,000 words, of which I've trimmed about 40% for this venue. The second half of the text is less polished than the first and not really finished, but I've decided that it's better to post what I've got rather than delay for the months or (more probably) years it would take for me to finish it.
