The Office of the President after 1125 authorized advanced surveys with the hopes of finding a suitable, hidden site for a permanent Psionics Institute to sequester psionics testing and training away from both the Zhodani Consulate and anti-psionics Vargr protestors. As of 1130, a site has yet to be found acceptable. Codenamed the Mindhaven Project, the planet itself seems to resist settlement.
