Adventure Ideas[edit]

Auditors[edit]

The adventurers are hired by the University to see what the expedition is doing with its money. This works especially well if there is at least one academic among the adventuring group. The investigation could just be a standard audit that is carried out every year or two or it could be trying to uncover specific information such as corruption concerning Festamotri or Tel Linu’s incompetence.

Chirper Chase[edit]

The adventurers are hired by a patron to capture one or more Chirpers from the planet. The patron could be a disgruntled scientist who doesn’t appreciate the slow progress currently being made or a rival of Barrynight’s. The scientists on Negril are unlikely to co-operate with the adventurers in this but as they are unarmed how can they stop them? There is also a moral question involved in this, how can they do this to an innocent and confused Chirper?

Crash Landing[edit]

This idea can be used in conjunction with the previous idea or on its own. The canyons of Negril are difficult to navigate and malfunctions are always possible. The adventurers crash on the planet and must reach the relative safety of a deep canyon in order to survive. Then to get back to civilization they must find a Chirper to guide them or be forever lost in the maze of canyons.
