Mutated Plankton

Tailored plankton with a high oxygen production factor. Plankton's position in the food chain makes it widespread in the oceans of habitable worlds; on worlds with high hydrographic percentages, it is seeded into the oceans to increase available atmospheric oxygen and to reduce methane.
