Melchen

A city on Vincennes, one of its floating gravitic settlements.

Throughout the year, Melchen remains at an altitude where atmospheric pressure is close to Terran norms. Unlike most grav cities on Vincennes, public areas and tourist hotels in Melchen are equipped with grav plates, counteracting the slightly high local gravity. Melchen has impressive starport facilities and the city attracts a great deal of commerce.

The population of Melchen is 110 million. It is popular with offworld tourists.
