The Marcelcru Device was found aboard a derelict starship of great age by the crew of RSS Marcelcru and is postulated to create a shielding effect that permits a vessel to survive areas of extreme gravitational forces.
The Marcelcru Device cannot be duplicated with existing technology and is estimated to have been constructed at approximately TL-22.
