Malin Tekhar

A city on Vincennes, one of its floating gravitic settlements.

This city is mostly involved in administration rather than production. It seldom comes within a kilometre of the surface. While its design allows a fair degree of mobility, Malin Tekhar's movement is usually confined to station-keeping over Darrow -- an island south of the Kehmed landmass -- and compensation for air currents. Its spherical configuration is common to cities that require some measure of mobility, but do not touch down in the oceans.
