Laboon class Light Cruisers serve in the 122nd Fleet in the Irinkuka Subsector. These light cruisers are were originally envisioned as a class of heavy destroyer. The inclusion of the meson spinal mount caused the design to move in a dramatically different way. The maneuver drive performance tanked and the energy thirsty weapons eliminated the agility. They also lost their marines.
