Kiggugloaf

A sophont species native to Kiggugloaf, members of the Hive Federation.

As is common for minor races within the Hiver sphere of influence, the race is known commonly by its Gurvin name, not its native designation.

The Kiggugloaf have multiple colonies and a presence on many Federation worlds, but their overall numbers are very low, making them a statistically insignificant demographic. The Kiggugloaf Cultural District is nonetheless a recognised interstellar sub-polity of the Hive Federation.

Worlds and Populations

• Most of the Kiggugloaf Cultural District is located in coreward Wrenton Sector.
• Within Ricenden Sector, there are 6,000,000 Kiggugloaf on the homeworld, plus 8,000 (and a military base) on Erocef (Ricenden 1738); they also make up 70% of the 20,000 people on Ilphlepet (Ricenden 1740).
