Kagh'kir (world)/meta

The location of this world was originally stated (in JTAS#21 by GDW) as 0809 in a subsector with unknown location in Ruupiin Sector, during a period when sector-wide hex notation was uncommon at best. The world's location was moved by two hexes, and the subsector defined as being in position G, in the GURPS Traveller coverage of the Girug'kagh (Alien Races 4, SJG), giving it a hex designation of 2417. For the detailed version of Ruupiin Sector, the first hex address (now 2419) has been retained as the homeworld, and 2417 has been retained as a significant "colony".

The same two sources and most maps of K'kree space have been interpreted to mean that the K'kree are not in the same subsector, as Kirur is usually depicted in subsector F.
