H'Tykk'Ral
The primary deity of the Brinn religion known only as the Truth.
H'Tykk'Ral is characterised as cruel and slightly sadistic. The Brinn point to their suffering over the last three millennia as evidence of this claim. The reason for H'Tykk'Ral's unabashed hostility toward his offspring is said to be a desire to test them; those who answer his puzzles and face his challenges can prove themselves worthy of ascent and evolution. The Brinn believe it to be their purpose to rise up against races that are nearer to the Great Conflict than the Brinn (that is, the religion provides further justification for their need to stand up to Human dominance).
All Brinn believers are expected to carefully cultivate the rage they feel for H'Tykk'Ral. Rather than prayer as it is usually understood, Brinn offer him threats and promises of defeat in the Great Conflict.
"This is another insult to my race which must be avenged" is a common statement, as translated into Galanglic.
