Founded by the Brother of Olmond Küfer, Danilo Küfer, he decided to integrate his parts of the fathers Free Trader Share into the Company. Some 20 Years Later his son Bernilo wanted this tree to go independet ways and they sold their shares. With the money they found a little Trade Company on Fase (Magyar 1801) with an Empress Marava, as they wanted to be the winners and not with the losers. There is very little contact between them.

There were also three child from the second marriage. The mother tried to keep the childs for their alone, and for this the contact was broken.
