The Express Rock's computer always astrogates cautiously. Mechanically: both the Astrogation and Engineer (Jump) checks are done slower, and use the Intellect software - a TL-11 prototype, or more properly, designed to be built and maintained with TL-11 tools, thus costing more and using more bandwidth - with the Expert software, for a net DM+3 on each check.
