Emadi Deep

A jumpspace phenomenon existing on the edge of the Great Rift. Located in Riftspan Reaches Sector, on the edge of the Aslan Hierate, it is a region several parsecs across where jumps take longer than usual, for unknown reasons. Ships attempting to cross the Emadi Deep require extra fuel to maintain their jump field for an extended duration. This is typically a few extra days but can sometimes be much longer.
