A town adjacent to the Sparks Correctional Facility which was constructed to house the Wardens for that facility - and their families.
The town is somewhat suspicious of outsiders and has not grown much beyond that initial role.
This town is deliberately not connected to the main rail network on Sparks as a security feature for the prison. Access to the town is by bus via a tunnel network.
