New Heaven Penitentiary (Sulphur) is more usually known as New Hell.
Description[edit]
A Prison on Sulphur this is an dependent territory of New Heaven not part of the Sulphur Cooperative. It is named New Hell by both inmates and guards.
A no-fly zone extends to 100km of the facility's central tower, enforced by the guards who will shoot at those that impinge into that volume of space without authorisation.
