Bar and Dance-Club on 3 levels near Sparks' North-Port. The owner of record changes relatively frequently, but they are all said to be part of the same group - although this is rarely proved.
History[edit]
The news feeds report various drink related offenses near the bar and the justices have debated the wisdom of this place remaining open on a number of occasions. However, the owners have, successfully, observed that the troubles are related to the nearby public tunnels, not their premises.
