A facility belonging to Better Genetics located near Cliffgate in Greenway.

The facility is a two-story laboratory and expedition base for surveying trips into the Long-Cliff Reserve. It looks like a range of buildings, but is actually one long complex.
The building is a long-house construction with the ground floor housing vehicle garage, vehicle workshop, kit-room, stores, offices, reception, kitchen and refectory. The upper story holds the Laboratory, offices and meeting rooms. In the roof space are various stores. The roof is covered in native plants.
