Ingabire Jonsdottir is a citizen of the belt (Born there in 264) who moved to Poseidon with her parents.
Married to Reven Stiilpahth in 282 but this didn't last and she divorced him in 283.
Ingabire is considered a weird and outlandish person whose mind is a little off-kilter and whose beliefs are somewhat mad (but harmless).
