George Bartholomew Bitzer a.k.a. Bitz 'n Pieces a.k.a. Bitz 'n Piecez

George Bitzer is a Hacker. "A Habitual criminal with a complete lack of conscience as to the privacy and intellectual property of his victims" and "A danger to the security of the state".
He does not agree, but does see that it is in the state's interest to brand him so.
In prison he is something of a celebrity and appears to have far reaching contacts on the outside which he is more than happy to use for the betterment of his conditions on the inside. He is not permitted access to electronic systems while inside - but that rule is more observed in the breach than anything else. It is said that he can walk out of the jail at any time, but doesn't choose to do so.

Born in 260 in Touchdown, but moved with his family to West Sapphire in 273
Attended the University of West Sapphire from 278 to 281, but afterwards vanished and is believed to have been working in The Belt.
Convicted in 298 of "Gathering and disseminating information detrimental to the Security of the State of Sparks" and serving a 12 year sentence for for this.
Currently resident at Sparks Correctional Facility
