Leader of the en Sabah family from the late 270's until her death in 299.
Amena en Sabah held on to the West Sapphire Council seat for two decades.
Amena en Sabah was killed in 299 when assassins broke into the en Sabah family's mansion on New Earth. They also killed many staff, although Noor en Sabah escaped.

Political Career[edit]
Amena was a staunch supporter of the centrist faction in the New Earth Council.
At the time of her death she was involved in campaigns regarding the rights on non-Human Sophonts and the implementation of biogenetic laws; Press Freedoms; the reorganisation of the New Earth Council.
Amena sat on various committees of the New Earth Council, but never as the committee chair. Her longest seat was on the Council Security Oversight Committee, but she also had interests in the Ecologies Committee and the Social and Cultural Committee.
She had consistently opposed the hegemonistic tendencies of the New Heaven Government, but had earned the respect of their representatives.
