Description

The Guarda Regiment is an Infantry Regiment of the Belt almost exclusively raised from the Portuguese speaking population of Sabase Badee.

The Guarda Regiment constitutes just over 25% of the belt's entire ground contingent.

History

The regiment has very few places within the Belt on which it can deploy, but its troops have contributed to New Earth Council peacekeeping missions elsewhere.
