Grapes are a form of fruit widely used for food and drink.
One of the species of food plants imported from Earth various varieties are used as Table-Fruit, dried to form Raisins,Currants and Sultanas, or pressed to make Grape Juice and Wine.
Grapes were one of the first flowering crops planted by the Heavenites. Early vines were carefully tended and pollinated by hand.
