Each ship is required to hold an accurate list of the owners of the vessel as part of the standard Ships Papers.

Description

Ownership Papers are documents that show legal title to the vessel. These will generally be a document showing transfer of title, and should show the entire trail since the initial ownership by the vessels constructor.

In general, these papers are inspected at registration, and only change of tile since that registration are actually required.
