Campaign:NHNE/Events/Moses Pets Scandal

The Moses Family had been political/religious leaders in East Sapphire until the Moses Pet Scandal saw them ejected from their government positions due to the security risk posed by one of their key members.

Okavango Moses was found to have been flagrantly smuggling creatures from off-world in the knowledge that the escape of such creatures would adversely affect the natural ecology of East Sapphire. The scandal also saw several government servants, and some prefects, stripped of their posts and/or jailed. The scandal even reached into the heart of the Macpherson Dynasty and, while it didn't topple them it did loosen their hold on a number of key institutions.
