Brzeh Council

A major interstellar Vargr state in Ghoekhnael Sector. The Brzeh Council is a multi-species alliance. The majority of the population is Vargr, but there are two native sophont species integrated into their society, the Borhians and the cold-water aquatic Smoenn.

• These three species are joined by the usual scattered populations of Humans, Hlanssai, Aezorgh, Hhkar, etc. that populate the Vargr Extents.

The capital is located at Akhaellaeks (Ghoekhnael 1733). Over 80% of the world's population is Vargr, with moderately sized minority populations of Borhian and Smoenn. Given the different environmental preferences of the latter two species, this is the only world where one was likely to actually see all three together.
