A sophont species native to Valaar (Blaskon 0220). They are members of the Hive Federation.
The Daari have multiple colonies and a presence on many Federation worlds. The Valaar Association is a recognised interstellar sub-polity of the Hive Federation.
The Daari also have influence over the nearby systems of Faac (Ricenden 3219) and Maaaa (Blaskon 0419). The latter serves as the Hiver administrative capital for the area.
Daari have a preference for democratic forms of government.
