There are 2 High population (Hi) worlds versus 10 Low population (Lo) worlds and no Barren (Ba) worlds. There are 2 Naval bases and 4 Scout bases. The highest population world is Setten (Fornast 0338). The highest tech level is F at Becker (Fornast 0240), Setten (Fornast 0338), and Khalu (Fornast 0537). The average technology level is 9 (with most between 6 and 11). The subsector capital is at Khalu (Fornast 0537).
