Michael J. Maley, also known a Darkhstarr, is a Traveller fan and author.
He published High Tortuga, a website with information from his Piracy Campaign based primarily in Paranoid Press' Beyond and Vanguard Reaches sectors. It's Classic Traveller based during and just after the 5th Frontier War.
It uses an alternate timeline where Strephon was never assasinated.
