Why does their homeworld jump a couple parsecs by being renamed?

That's the Droashav, aka the G'naak, and they're in Gateway, not Ruupiin. The (unplaced Kirarurrlk subsector 0809) location is from the original JTAS article, while the 2417 location is from the GURPS book. Since I'm working on that part of Ruupiin at the moment, I'll use the CT reference as their homeworld and the GURPS reference as a significant outpost.
