Admiral Hutara Astrin Ilethian was the brother of Archduke Dulinor Astrin Ilethian of Illesh. He has a daughter named Isis Arepo Ilethian.

Rebellion

Admiral Hutara Ilethian was an important member of Dulinor's coup, controlling key Imperial Navy forces. A task force loyal to Hutara escorted Dulinor home to Dlan/Illelish. He later commanded the Loyal Fleet, based around the Illelish Home Fleet and Navy vessels whose crews had declared for Dulinor.

Traveller 1120

In this timeline, Archduke Dulinor dies in a mysterious accident on 132/1116 when his gig explodes in orbit before it can land on Capital. Hutara later has a debilitating stroke on 245/1118 and goes into early retirement. The coup that triggered the Rebellion never happens and Stephron is still Emperor in 1120.

After her father's stroke, Isis becomes Archduchess of Illelish. She is a close friend and favorite of Grand Princess Ciencia Alkhalikoi, Stephron's heir, and is a voice for reform in the Moot.
