FracFix
Revision as of 05:02, 4 August 2017 by Maksim-Smelchak (talk | contribs)
Brand name for an adhesive technology used on fasteners produced on Jarsae (Dagudashaag 2803). Using the principle of fine flexible hairs, FracFix is covered with a carefully graded mixture of fibers. The coarsest fibers pack as closely together, smaller fibers fill the gaps between them, and so on down to fibers of almost molecular fineness.
Pushed against a surface the fibers fit themselves into the surface irregularities. The FracFix stickers make intimate contact with any surface; as clothing fabric it gives a positive cling.
