- The original Storm Centre was TL+, according to Paranoia Press (which has been retconned under T5SS). One way to do homage to the original description is to presume that the technology on Storm Centre (TL13) gets the T5 "Alt-" descriptor, implying that it uses a radically different approach to achieve the same effects as similar Imperial technology of the same TL.
