Oaerrgdhougoug (world)
The Highport space station at Oaerrgdhougoug (Knoellighz 2725) A000465-D As Ht Ni O:2729 of Goengsakh Subsector is built around the local Naval Base similar to a castle keep and its surrounding civilization. This double-sided disk facility is anchored by massive cables to four nearby planetoids in the system’s nine concentric and eccentric belts. The station is a busy hive of belter activity, commerce and transport. Since the beltstrike of gold, lanthanum, titanium and tungsten in separate belts in 1098, the system has drawn Vargr prospectors to the trade hub here.
Since there is only room for so many Vargr aboard the Highport, many ships must dock externally or anchor off one of the four anchor cables and await a turn, sometimes for days. The traffic-based population of Oaerrgdhougoug is much larger and traffic frequently jams between the Highport, its various belts and the safest routes to 100 Diameters jump points.
Two Gas Giants are the system’s main source of fuel though many tanker ships do their own refining and sell fuel to visiting starships at a premium, especially those haulers behind on their schedules.
Oaerrgdhougoug started out, once a beltstrike was reported, as a Colony of DUESAENLAELL (Knoellighz 2729) which quickly appropriated funds from its spacer Faction to construct a Naval Base here. News spread through the home system and prospectors, fuel tankers, and logistics crews pounced on the new opportunity to expand territory and economic Charisma. Jump-1 and Jump-2 routes were quickly mapped, sold and solidified as the Democracy of Greats continued to annex, conquer and explore its way Spinward and Coreward.

Some of the most intense starship combat engagements between the Democracy of Greats fleets and the Vampire fleets from Rimward take place here in Oaerrgdhougoug. Starship derelicts litter the spaces between belts and become floating debris clouds and starship graveyards picked through by Vargr scavengers brave enough and successful enough to avoid re-infection by Virus 'eggs'.
