Nerve Fighting

Nerve fighting is a martial art from the Solomani Rim, which emphasises grappling, coupled with striking into ganglia bundles. Nerve fighting is not a popular martial art and it is sometimes difficult to find a teacher. This art is regarded with superstitious awe in some places, due to its mystical-seeming use of acupressure techniques. This art is generally seen as a soft martial art, in that it emphasises flexibility and evasion, rather than a strong stance and powerful strikes. Nerve fighting is not generally a competition martial art; the techniques often cause damage and it is difficult to modify these techniques for competition purposes.
