A better term for this would be "Hominoid", as it would:
- Fit the pattern of the rest of the entries more consistently with regard to the use of the suffix "-oid".
- Not conflict with the actual term Hominid, which is the proper term for a member of Family Hominidae in the Order Primata.
- Already be using the proper term for a member of the taxonomic Superfamilly Hominoidea in the Order Primata, whose members are properly referred to as "Hominoids".
