In the Beyond they are represented by the Drueis of Aerhy/Middle Beyond, the Yteirn of the Enigma/Delta system, and the intelligent Lorcvih of the Hichmakani/I-Glathriel system.
Metalmite (Creature) Diet & Trophics
Metalmite are chemotrophs, who feed on the metallic asteroids in a planetoid belt. They have also been known to infest (...and ingest) the hulls of starships that have not taken precautions against them.
