-The [[Axasorsa Trace]] is a narrow spur of stars that connects a few systems on the rimward edge of [[Shadow Rift Sector]] with [[Far Home Sector]] and the heart of the [[Distant Fringe]]. It is named for the [[Axasorsa_(world)|Axasorsa]] system, the homeworld of the [[sophont]] [[Jellyfish]], and is accessible by [[Conventional Pattern Starships|conventional]] jump-2 vessels. Mengo (2837 Shadow Rift), at the coreward end of the Axasorsa trace, was the last system to have a verifiable sighting of a [[Voyagers|Voyager]], in 4570AD.
