Per the rules for low automation, shipboard actions after a week are at DM-1. This is a matter of crew endurance, so a full day resting and not operating the Sack (which requires being somewhere other than aboard the Sack) will reset this. Time spent in straight line acceleration does not count toward the week, but does not count toward the rest either.
