According to Darrians, no Rule of Man colony in the Spinward Marches survived by -1513 (the date the Itzin Fleet reached the sector). So Echiste can't have had a RoM colony in the early days of the 3rd Imperium. Rancke 23:45, 5 January 2008 (UTC)
