All of the non-canon content related to the Principality of Caledonia - this pages, as well as the many offshoots pertaining to the military, government and commercial life of Caledon - is an offshoot of a lengthy campaign I ran a few decades back.
Since it's non-canon, do what you'd like with it. But there's a lot of detail there, and it extends the Canon pretty well. If you want to, go ahead and use it.
