212th Fleet (SM)/meta

Notes (2009)

The bit about the 212th detatching several squadrons (as reinforcements for other fleets) is my interpolation. It seems to me to balance the odds against a mere two fleets worth of the highly volatile and undisciplined Vargr and explain why the situation remained static for 18 months or more.
