Synopsis

Deckplans for the classic Gazelle Class Close Escort

Description

The initial thrill of the Gazelle Class Close Escort assignment was long gone, replaced instead by disappointment and sheer boredom. You were babysitting freighters in what just had to be the securest quadrant in the galaxy, discovering very quickly that the tedium of convoy duty was all it was said to be. Patience was wearing thin when orders for a new mission came in. Sealed orders. A highly classified mission. And your ship plays a major part in it. You've trained and waited months for a mission like this; now it's here. You and the crew are ready to go and the excitement is back, but are you prepared for what lies ahead?

The booklet contains, as well as eight pages of text, seven double pages spreads of thicker card that can be removed from the booklet and used as deck plans for the SDB and its associated jump shuttle. Much of the text is a short story, Reality, based around the deck plans.
