Brotherhood of Chalmatchi

The Brotherhood of Chalmatchi of technical priests who until 868 roamed the Imperium on a quest to find Altamachi (haven of the pure), a fabled planet inhospitable to all but the just and the righteous. During their long wanderings the Calamatchi gained a legendary reputation as peace makers and technical wizards.

In 868 they settled on a world and renamed it Altamachi (Dagudashaag 0138). For a hundred years, their settlement produced top quality goods and technical specifications.

By 1000 the settlement failed due to economic reasons, and members of the Brotherhood took to wandering again.
