One of the 5 ships of the fleet that arrived from Sol in Year 0.

It was this ship that carried Ensign Umuralu aboard, the first person to discover that New Earth wasn't Alpha Centauri.

The Pan-Africa was converted into the initial orbital dormitory for the settlement of New Earth and is still part of the Afro-Pacific Orbital Complex.
