Zerpekush has both an unbreathably very thin atmosphere and no surface water which makes habitation by sophonts difficult. The environment does not allow agricultural production to feed the population in the tens of millions of sophonts. It is a member of Third Imperium in the Gadde Subsector of Dagudashaag Sector and in the Domain of Vland. Zerpekush, as a member world of the Third Imperium, holds the estate of an Imperial knight and the fiefdom of a marquis. Both are members of the Imperial Nobility charged with overseeing the world. During the Long Night this world was named Kir.
Astrography and Planetology[edit]

The very thin pressures require a respirator or Oxygen Mask this atmosphere also contains an unusual taint such as such as disease, a hazardous gas mix, pollutants, or sulfur compounds which requires the use of a Filter Respirator Combination Mask. Some taints may require more protective equipment. TL–5 or more advanced survival gear is required to settle this world.

History & Background[edit]
In 1106 the system had a population of less than 60,000; however a freak find of lanthanum on the world has brought miners and prospectors from across Dagudashaag.
This has placed a massive burden on the system’s government and life support systems of the world. The government gets none of the revenue from the mining because of contracts signed by the last President regarding land ownership
