Description (Specifications)

The Westmoore-class Light Fighter was designed for service with the Royal Peladon Navy (the RPN), the space arm of the military forces of the Kingdom of Peladon. It has a streamlined flattened needle configuration and is relatively well armored. The vessel lacks a bridge, has a basic electronics array and mounts triple missile racks.

The vessel is a TL-11 design.

1.	Tonnage	The Xenon class is constructed using a 9 Ton hull built in a Needle configuration. The hull is fully streamlined and has airfoil surfaces, giving excellent atmospheric performance that is further enhanced by its onboard gravitic systems. The vessel does not have an airlock. The vessel has a sturdy retractable undercarriage, allowing surface landings.
2.	Crew	x1 crew (the Pilot). Accommodations There are no crew accommodations. Accessible areas of the hull are fitted with grav plates and inertial compensators and have full life support and environmental systems. There are internal monitoring and security systems throughout the vessel. Individual sections of the hull can be sealed off. There is an emergency locker.
3.	Performance	The vessel mounts a Maneuver-6 drive and a Power Plant-6, giving performance of 6-G acceleration. The ship has an agility rating of 6. The internal fuel tankage gives the power plant 7 weeks duration. The engineering section is controlled by the pilot. The machinery is not accessible.
4.	Electronics	There is a cockpit containing a pilot's acceleration couch. Adjacent to the cockpit is a Model/1 computer that functions as a Model/0 due to the lack of a bridge: no backup computer is installed. The vessel is fitted with communications equipment, a standard sensor array, and has an avionics suite. It has a transponder unit that can be deactivated on command. It is equipped with a sophisticated ECM package.

9.	Fuel Treatment	The vessel has internal fuel tankage of 1.0 Tons. The hull has inherent fuel scoops. The vessel is not equipped with fuel purification equipment.

11.	Construction Time	24 weeks (5.5 months) as standard. Build times can be reduced by mass production and the efficiencies such processes generate, by increased financing, and by allotting additional yard resources and facilities to the construction contract.

Used by the Kingdom of Peladon, this is a Royal Peladon Navy (RPN) class of TL–11 light fighter with 6 Gs acceleration and 6 agility. This vessel is lightly armored, and has a streamlined needle/wedge hull with scoops for ocean refueling. It is armed with triple missile turret. They are fast and maneuverable, but they can't carry a bridge or an advanced computer.
