A Vocation is a primary occupation of a sophont that typically results in wages or pay being exchanged for services.

Description (Specifications)

Etymology: The term vocation has considerable semantic overlap with a number of other terms. Vocation is an Anglic term with numerous synonyms from not only Anglic and its offspring languages, including the languages of the other sophont species. Please note that this word and term has variant orthographies especially in Esperanto-influenced Anglic dialects.
