Velpare
- It is a member of the Third Imperium in the Cemplas Subsector of Core Sector in the Domain of Sylea.
- This world has a nearby Imperial Naval Base, capable of handling warships.
- It also contains an Imperial Scout Base, capable of handling IISS starships and personnel.
- Known as Aggaa Irpu during the Long Night.
Description (Planetology)
Velpare is the subsector capital; the Count of Frethe, an influential noble in the Moot, holding thousands of proxy votes, hails from here.
- The scout base in the Aggaa Irpu system is small, but is an important node in the Xboat network, overseeing operations in a five-parsec radius.

A rich, agricultural world in Cemplas Subsector of the Core Sector.
- Velpare is a member of the Imperium, and serves as the Subsector Capital.
- The system has both a Naval Base and a Scout Base.
It is and was known throughout Core Sector for its fine cuisine. The chefs of the world cook up a variety of delicacies, all prepared from the native plant and animal life. One spice in particular, the Varinte plant, is highly prized for its sweet, pungent flavor, and can be bought as far away as Vland (Vland 1717).
