The Universal Robot Profile is used to quickly and concisely describe a robot's primary attributes.
Description (Specifications)
The profile consists of a string of digits, each digit describing one attribute of the robot and it's functional capability. The profile is divided into four parts

3 | Power | Primary power system, usually Fuel Cells or fusion plant |
4 | Batteries | TL of battery power system |
5 | Locomotion | Primary motive system |
